Just picked up an 05 Neon SXT for my son and it's a great little car, but the front power windows (this model only has front power windows, the back windows are manual crank), will only operate when the car is actually started. All the other accessories work with just the key on, but the not windows.

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions? Ideas?
