lights not working - '01 Neon
I have a 2001 Neon auto with 180k on it.
Today the bottom brake lights, blinkers and 4-ways stopped working.
The taillights, headlights(low and high), and 3rd brakelight still work, and the passenger reverse light still work(until I broke the reverse bulb).
Pulled some fuses under the hood and next to the driver door, they all are not blown. Some of the fuses though had black carbon starting to build up on the prongs.
Car is quite clean so I don't think it could be a corroded wire.
Any ideas? Is there a Body Control Module somewhere I should check? Blinker relay?
