Hello,
I have a Chrysler Neon 2000 Base 2.0L
And i have got some serrious problems of vibration only when
the temperature shutdown to minus -5 and less,

I have change so many on my car
ECU / Plug / Air Filter / Plug Wire
Also cleaned the Air Vaccum.
Battery Changed

Symptom are the motor run more rough on cold temperature ( mean meteo ).
I can hear plastic shake from dash and my rear mirror shake as dedouble
the information i see.

Motor always started - and the principale symptomes are when at each
stop i try to reaccelerate and the motor stop need to restart it.
Does this 1/2 times when temperature get cold.

Idk if its a TPC - EGR - Vaccum or else

Anybody got an Idea ? dont wana pay that much on garage.

The vibration is on all Trans position.

When the temperature Up to reach 0+
All come back to normal

OBD2 = No Code.
Reset was try at least 1once
