I'm trying to change the water pump on a 2000 dodge neon. The issue im having is getting the Cam sprocket bolt to come free.

I'm holding the gear in place with a timing tool that I got from Oreilly. I have tried everything I can think of but the bolt wont break free. I have tried a long breaker bar and impact but neither one even made the bolt move.

Has anyone ran into this problem or have any suggestions on how to get the bolt to move?
