Hey everyone I'm new to upgrading and was woundering if some of you can help me out in making a list of things I should do to upgrade my car. Here is a little information about my vehical first!

2.0-liter single overhead cam 16-valve four-cylinder engine with sequential multipoint fuel-injection produces 132 horsepower at 5,600 RPM and 130 pounds-feet of torque at 4,600 RPM
4 Speed Automatic Transmission
AM/FM Stereo with CD Player and CD Changer Controls
Cloth Low-Back Bucket Seats
Keyless Entry System

So what upgrades do you guys think I need, also I would like to stay low budget but just tell me what you guys think I could use, what would be good and I'll add it to a list of things that I need to do to my car and I will do it in the next 2-4 years!

I know some of you guys are noobs and are not familiar with the neon and would like to know what the best 1st mods are, but if you just use the search button or look at the top of the page there are probally about 50 threads on "what should my 1st mods be".
