So I bought a used neon and a week later the shift cable broke, shielding separated from hard plastic that mounts to shifter.. I bought a new one and that one broke the same way. Took it back and had it replaced, less then a week later that one broke as well. What gives? Transmission shifts easy and smooth at transmission. Also curious how to find out the proper function of the interlock mechanism, the cam in mine doesn't operate properly. Thanks in advance! Also I'm new here, so. Hey y'all!
