I have 01 neon that would on occasion not start the first time it the key is turned to now it won't start at all. The CEL brings up a few codes I really don't want to put a ton of money into it. Which would most likely cause this issue. If you need any more information please let me know and I will try to get. I'm not really a car guy so any help would be must appreciated.

The codes it brings up are

p0138(m)
p0141(m)
p0320
90340(m)
p1389

Then i took the battery off and it gave me
p0320
p1684

thats a lot of codes, you will probably find out it will take a new PCM..
