Too many problems, Too little money..
Hello all! I'm a new member and have been reading many of these posts for months (every since my vehicle troubles began) and I'm in search of some much needed help. Let me start off by filling you in on the Neon. It's a 2003 R/T
Sooo......
I started out by replacing the clutch, the passenger side drive-line because One of the three knuckles broke off and became "impacted" as the other two "skipped" over it which caused the violent episodes of shuddering going down the road.
Then out of no-where my Neon began surging and had problems idling. I discovered the problem was the Inlet Air Control Valve. Not long after that, swapped out the Throttle body position sensor and then my timing belt snapped while going down the highway....
So back to the Thread title, what are my options at this point? Would it just be the valves that are bent or possibly something worse from the broken belt?
along with that, the list of repairs I would like input/help on are:
1)E-brake adjustment (mine doesn't work)
2)Power Sun-roof only works every once in a while..
3)Also, how does one locate a short? This might be tied in with the sun-roof or the Radio.
I just know it drains and kills my battery
I hope this helps others and I hope they can point me in the right direction with my problems.
Thank you all in advance! -Mexii

Yeah, you'd need to pull the head and get any bent valves fixed and then do the whole timing belt replacement procedure. You may as well replace everything else that goes along with it while you have it apart.
1. Providing all of the cables are hooked up correctly, you need to adjust the brake itself. There are all kinds of YouTube videos showing how to do it.
2. Not too sure, but it sounds like it would be some kind of wiring/motor/switch issue.
3. Again, tons of YouTube videos and articles. I was trying to find a set of instructions I saved years ago that I thought were really good and helped me, but I can't locate them. Allpar does have a page with a bunch of suggestions though: http://www.allpar.com/fix/interior/battery.html

I have a question, I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. I found out today when I got my oil changed and the tires rotated that it needs brakes all the way around and rotors on the front. One of my questions is this: Does it use pads on front and back. and last question would it be cheaper to buy my parts online and have a friend who is a mechanic do the job.
Thanks for all your help
