Ignition Lock Replaced - Cannot Remove Key Now!
Hi!
I have a 2002 Dodge Neon and I ended up replacing ignition lock cylinder since I was able to remove the key while the car was running!
Replaced the cylinder, re-coded to accept old keys, and inserted cylinder back into the car. I am able to twist the keys just fine, car turns on, but I am unable to remove the key now!! I think it's I'm unable to turn it back to the "Off" position...
It's killing me, I have tried twisting and jiggling the key. What am I missing here?

Is you car a manual or automatic? I'm not that familiar with the Neon lock cylinders, but I know that the cars with manual transmissions have a button next to the igniton switch that has to be pushed before the key can be turned to the off position. I'm wondering if your issue is related to that.
