Fans only work with ac on.Jumped across at relay box, they came on.New temp.sencor, still nothing.Trying to tag car, won't pass test.NEED ADVICE PLEASE.Code comes right back on as soon as I strart the car.Pulled battery ground and tested for current draw with every thing off, ther wasn't any.

wouldn't the air conditioner
