Default upper & lower

can this cause a slight pull to the right and left @ speed 50+ if they are bad?

Upper and lower...engine mounts? No. Ball joints (though there is just a lower on the Neon)? Yes.

upper/lower torque strut mounts are bad but never imagined that would cause this

Ive either got bad axles & or wheel bearings, @ 65mph under light acceleration it will steering walk to the left but when jacked up nothing is loose.

Could be either I suppose, though I'd lean more heavily to a bad wheel bearing over a bad CV shaft causing an issue.
