Default Rear alignment shims (in a pickle)

Very much appreciate advice, so I'll describe the problem I have:
Make: Dodge
Model: Neon
Year: 2004

I had my rack & pinion replaced awhile ago but had the car garaged while my son was at school. I know for fact an alignment was not done after the R&P work.

I noted the front tires wearing quickly upon driving, so took to pep boys for alignment.

They've aligned the front but cannot find, and unable to order a part - "full contact shims" (25 degree) as I understand them to be called for the rear. The car has been there for a week now without resolution.

If any advice for where to find them, or better description ID to search for this part, or advice on repair options, I'd be very grateful.

What are you trying to align in the rear, the camber or toe?
