Default 2004 Neon No plug for PS switch.

Okay I’ve been racking my brain.
I have a 2004 Neon SE automatic transmission.
I have a stumble in the engine and while doing an oil change and usual inspection I found that the PS switch on the Rack was not plugged in.
Better yet I can find no plug!
I did find a plug nearby with a delete cap on it!
Does anyone know if the 2004 Neon bypassed this switch on the automatic transmission models?
I am thinking that maybe it’s only used on the standard shift models.
Anyone with a 2004 Automatic please check and please tell me where the plug is located in the harness. The transmission shop had it out a few years ago and I thought that maybe they tucked it up out of the way.
Also: no ps switch code? That again makes me think it’s not used?
Help
