The internet folks that sold me the first plate, sent me another new one for free and added a 10 year warranty. Installed it Wednesday and its running great. looks like the piece of aluminum that retains the tensioner spring had broke. I took some of your suggestions, re-torqued the harmonic balancer and checked belt alignment with a flat edge to be safe. Thanks for the tips you guys. Oh, and by the way this new one that they sent did not say-Made in China anywhere!!
