Default transmission is not going into higher gear when speed is higher mph

I recently replaced the ECU (Computer) in my 2003 dodge neon and the replaced the solenoid pack and the output and input sensors..I also replace the valve body and put new transmission fluid. The car was working fine. then it started not automatically shifting gears at the increase of speed. feels like the RPM's are high. Then it worked fine again then it started jerking into a lower gear. What should I do now

Welcome to the 2nd Gen Neon forum.

Come by, or borrow a ELM scan tool running diagnostic software on the viewing device of your choice & have it scan all of the vehicle computer/controllers for trouble code clues & post up All code Numbers, as they can provide clues that can help focus a trouble shoot.

I agree, check for codes. Kind of sounds like what my 2003 did before I had to replace the oil pump.
