03 dodge neon sxt 2.0
Just shut off on me reading codes for camshaft, oil pressure sensor and evap. Having replaced the 2 sensors my car still won't turn over again making a very odd sound every time I try.
Can anyone recognize the sound or problem ? I have attached a video

Sounds like you may have more than one problem, so come by, or borrow a ELM, or the like scan tool & have it scan all the vehicle computer/controllers & post up All trouble code Numbers, as they can provide clues that can help focus a trouble shoot.

For tranny, body, chassis, anti-lock brake, traction control, anti-theft, ect systems, we need a higher end scan tool like the inexpensive ELM, in order to access those computer/controllers, as most code readers, or after market scan tools only query the engine computer/controller.

The video didn't show up in your 1st post, so it and any trouble code Numbers might be useful in getting a diagnosis started.
