Hi! my ´95 Neon cranks but it doesn´t start. The Check Engine light doesn´t turn on any more and I do not hear the fuel pump running. I don´t know if this model have immobilizer or not. Do you know something about it or where can I find information about it?

Did this problem come about suddenly after some event?

Seeing as how you report no lit CEL & not hearing the fuel pump run, put a power delivery problem to the ECM/computer, on your suspect list.

Look in the under hood power distribution box for blown fuses, or acting out ECM power relay. Maybe give it a wiggle or thump test to see if it'll wake up, or if no joy, try swapping it out for a like relay not needed to start or run the engine.

If you have a scan tool, hook it up & see if it'll connect to the ECM, if so, the ECM is getting power, so should have some trouble code clues stored, so post All code Numbers, as they can help focus a trouble shoot.

Some beginning thoughts for consideration, let us know how it goes.
