Hello . I am new on here an it's a pleasure to able to post some problems I Ben having with my 05 dodge neon. I have had this car for 4 years an never had any problems with it till now . The can wants to run like crap. There's no check engine light an it's running like there's a vaccum leak . My tech screen isn't picking up anything that's out of the ordinary. But when I accelerate the car takes 5 secs till it moves . An if I let the car sit the engine seems like it wants to jump out the car . I'm stubbed on this one an idk what else it could b .

 

watch the fuel trim at idle and at 2500 rpm

if its higher than +/- 10% at idle but within 10% at 2500....you have a vacuum leak.

 

On a different note, any transmission or engine DTCs?

 

"Engine wants to jump out" sounds like a misfire. Check plugs and wires?
