I got a Dodge Neon SE 2003, it didn't come with the manual. Can anybody tell me how to change the time one hour behind. Or can anybody show me where to get a manual for 2003 model?

 

there should be small little buttons implanted in the face plate of the radio display. Push the two buttons with something thin like a ball point pen, or a mechanical pencil with the lead pushed in. That's how things work on my 2000 Neon, if yours doesn't have the button, you might have to ask one of the other guys on here who has a model similar to what you've got.

As far as the manual goes, you can probably go to your local dodge dealership and pick one up, or you can try e-bay.

 

2000 and up should work just as whyte69 described. Any Dodge dealer will be able to order a manual for you. It will probably take them a couple of weeks to get one.
