Hello All, I am trying to help a friend who has a 2005 Neon that is blowing fuse number 10 immediately when the key is turned to the on position. Does anyone happen to have a link to schematics for this circuit? I have already isolated the leak detection pump and it still happens...not sure what all else is on the circuit. Thank you.

 

Crickets....anyways using the test light method I was able to trace this to the harness running from the fuse panel in the side of the dash and seems I will have to remove the dash to see where a wire is shorting in case that helps anyone here .
