Ground green strap by starter see pic

I found this picture on line. On 1996 cars there was a screw under the starter solenoid. On the starter I have a red wire to the top, at the bottom a brown wire it has a square plug. Where does it go?

Pretty sure it just goes under one of the starter bolts.
