Default Neon pass mirror

Can anyone tell me the trick for removing the bezel from the outside mirror. I'm afraid I'll break it if I pry on this thing the wrong way. I know it just snaps on but can't seem to persuade it off. New here, and I know someone has the answer. This thing rattles like crazy and is driving me nuts! Power mirrors on a 2002 ES. If it ain't a Mopar you ain't drivin' no car! THANKS!

Maybe I worded my post wrong. I'm trying to get just the lens out of the mirror assy. I have removed the drivers side lens because of a rather unfortunate incident involving my 15yr. old son and a tennis ball. Boy's got an arm on him! Anyhow I could see the backer of the lens after the lens itself was removed piece by piece and had the advantage of easily accessable pry points thanks to the absence of the glass. I can't tell with the glass in place on the passenger mirror which way I should be prying to snap the lense with backer out. I don't need to remove the entire assy. just the lense and I know it just snaps in. Just don't want to break something snapping it out. HELP!
