Put new engine in a '05 Dodge Neon SRT. The original 2.0L 16V engine timing belt snapped and caused valve damage. Replaced with the same engine with new sensors and the whole works. However, it will not start and only error code I get is P2074. The camshaft sensor reads .2 amps instead of 5. Do I need to reflash relearn the procedure on the PCM?
