My son has a 2003 Neon with 74000 miles on it and the cooling fans run from about 5 seconds after it's started. The defroster/AC isn't on. I've pulled the wire off of the coolant temp sensor and the AC switch on the compressor but it still trips the relay in the PDC and turns on the fans as soon as the car is started. Where should I go next? Thanks in advance!
