2004 dodge neon
my car will take several seconds to start but then finally gets started up, my cruise control works at times but then at times wont turn on at all. at best my car goes 60 mph down the highway and jerks. it then starts to lose momentum after hitting 60 mph this is a 2004 dodge neon...
