A local Muffler shop tells me they can put in an exhaust for me (from the Cat Back) recommending 2 1/4 pipe with a Flow Pro Muffler for $160 what do you think

2 1/4" is fine. The price is not bad, but I have heard of flow pro. Is it a free flowing muffler?

Yes I believe it is, they told me I could expect a little more power on the lower end with better MPG. and of course a better sound. which exactly what I am looking for.

Is that price for the cat-back and the installation? If it's just the installation I think it's slightly overpriced.

Thats not that bad, but I would be careful of the no-name muffler.
