I replaced the plugs with NGK Iridium plugs, no platinum. I cannot think of what else it could be.

Update: I still have the problem, but I might have some more info. The proble is so intermittant that I don't believe that it is the clutch/flywheeel. I have notice that whenever I am having the shuttering problem there is a loud whistling coming from the engine, and only when I have this whistling do I have the problem. Are there any ways that an intermittant vacumn leak or some other source that would produce a noticable whistle that could cause the shuttering. Also, I do not fell the shuttering in the clutch pedal, but rather in the engine.

I would, but the problem is so intermittent that when ever I get a chance to take it to the dealership it goes away. Its weird it will be fine for a couple days in a row, and then it starts the shuttering for a day or two, then it goes away. I never have the chance to get it to the dealership.
