05 Neon SXT Rain water leaks under passenger side dashboard
2005 Dodge Neon SXT
Whenever it rains heavy and I have the heater running with outside air going through windshield defrost/heat mode, rain water leaks under the dashboard on the passenger side. Sometimes on turns I hear it sizzle with the heater on. I've seen some dirty/brown water as well. My heater went out for a little and the mechanic fixed it in about 45 minutes with a fuse swap because the other was blown, said it may have been from rain water.
Any idea how to fix this? Mechanic said it may be from a windshield seam that's leaking. Any takes?
