My Pacesetter cat-back use to rattle for a little until I fixed it. Since the car wasn't designed to have a 2.5 inch exhaust, the pipe was rubbing against the corner of the frame. A little bend to the frame and it was ok.

its similar to pacesetter and vibrant and price is very high...i would just have a muffler shop do the 3inch piping and buy the vibrant exhaust and save a few hundred...

 

i have a vibrant for my '04 neon and it has a nice low hum.
