where is the best place to buy HID kits? i dont know that i want to go to ebay from what i have heard. and i need the whole kit, not just the bulbs. is there a store or website to go to? also a friend told me that there isnt a kit for a 2001 neon is that true? help! thanks!

 

I have looked for those myself, angel eyes, HID kits, or something, all I could find were the 9007 xenon bulbs on ebay for 5 bucks. They look great, nice, bright and blue, but as far as kits go, i haven't seen any, although they do have some nice l.e.d. tailights.

 

I think did see some in JC Whitney you might want to look there they also have a god selection.

 

I believe those were for the 1st gens. Generally you will see things on ebay if they are available. Especially headlights, bulbs, tails, and most bolt-ons.
