I let a friend use my 2005 dodge neon sxt because I was trying to be a good friend, but after he ended up breaking the windshield, backing into it with his new truck and smashing the whole drivers side.he ended up getting arrested,so I decided to take it back...after a few days he was released from jail and I asked him where my car key was but had zero luck getting it back...
Since I am a single mom and out of work I don't really have enough money to pay for a new key.Is there any way to get my neon to start without having its key

 

No you have to have a key programed to it
