Default P0734 - Torque converter clutch solenoid electrical

Started getting this CEL after repairing the wiring harness for the Neutral safety switch. This also piggy backs to the TCC solenoid. TCC solenoid reads 31 ohms which seems ok from what I've read. Being unable to remove it since it's inside the tranny it's hard to hear the solenoid when power is applied.

I was wondering if I reversed the two wires when I repaired the connector, could this be causing the problems??

Tranny seems to be running OK. No stalls or hesitation.

Problem solved.
