Default European models: How to add a fob transmitter without panic button

In the European market, Chrysler & Dodge cars were sold with remote entry transmitters without red "Panic" button. I think this must be due to bureaucratic and legal questions with the RF frequencies allowed here. The problem is that all the procedures described on the web or manuals to program additional fob transmitters, involves the usage of the red "Panic" button. The European owner's manual literally says: "In your vehicle can be programmed up to 4 transmitters. Two of them come programmed from factory. To receive information about how to obtain additional transmitters, contact your local dealer". And I can promise you that nobody in the European dealers know how is the procedure when you have a remote without "Panic" button. Therefore I have seen more than one person in the web asking about how to add remote transmitters if you have not "Panic" button, and they never had an answer apart of going to the dealer to program them with the DRB III and paying for it. Anyway, Chrysler/Dodge were absorbed by FIAT and Alfa Romeo here in Europe and it is very hard to find a dealer which still handles DRB III and old Chrysler stuff nowadays.
So after being investigated a lot few, I finally found out how to program additional fobs when your model has not "Panic" button. The procedure is exact the same, because the European fob in fact has the "Panic" button under the case, the PCB comes with the contacts but you haven't the button in the case and haven't the conductive membrane which activates it neither. So the solution is to disassemble the transmitter, extract the PCB, mount the PCB over the batteries using only the bottom side of the case, with one finger you can push the membrane to activate the "Unlock" button, and with any conductive tool like a paper clip or a screwdriver, you can activate the "Panic" button to follow the standard procedure.
This is the procedure which worked for me in my European 2002 Chrysler Neon:
1) Using an existing and working remote transmitter, unlock the car.
2) Sit in the driver's seat and attach the security belt.
3) Insert the key and turn it to ON position (the one just before cranking).
4) Press and keep the "Unlock" button in the current working transmitter during 5 seconds.
5) While still keeping the "Unlock" button, then activate with the conductive tool the "Panic" button.
* A chime sound will indicate that the receiver has entered in programming mode.
6) During the next 30 seconds, press any key of each transmitter you want to program, a chime sound will indicate for each fob that has been recognized. Note that you have to re-program again now also the old working transmitters.
7) After 30 seconds, a chime sound will indicate that the receiver has left the programming mode. Test all your programmed transmitters.
*This procedure will probably work for most Chrysler and Dodge models with this kind of transmitters.
