01 "Plymouth" Neon LX 2.0L
I'm trying to replace this wire but I haven't a clue what this is. This cable set wasn't secured properly and due to a bad torsion mount, it has been eviscerated.I found this [at this time i had owned the car for a few months] after consistently blowing the same 10A fuse #10. I need to know what this is and how to remedy the situation. I'm assuming an Engine wiring harness and $750 in Labor but hopefully I'm wrong. Thank You for Your time and Expertise on this matter.
