how hard would it be to swap the 2nd gen head lights to 1st gen projecters

 

why didnt they even keep on with the projector lights for the gen.2?

 

i had wonderd that to thats why i want to swap them

 

Probaly easier than the reverse, which meant cutting into the hood and bumper... Why projectors? The light ouput sucks worse than stock... If you want to try fitment, just pick up a foggy stock 1st gen headlight from a salvage yard or ebay for $15 or so.

Thats an interesting idea, any info or pics on it being done? I know it can be done, just curious if anyone has.

 

that might make an interesting how-to in the Neon section. The SRT-4 section in Dodge Forums has a pretty good How-to section but we don't. If any of you are doing mods or are about to do mods, take pics or provide a good description to help some of the new guys out.

 

Dodge forum?? thats us!! If you have a well written how-to, PM it to either me or Amanda and I'll get it posted. Other than wiring and alignment is should not be that hard to do.

 

I've seen them in other places...lets just say they look amazing.
