Passenger CV axle
I'm new to all this forums stuff so bear with me. When I was driving I noticed a ticking, a speed based tick not an rpm based tick so I ruled out engine issue. I look at it and it looks like the passenger CV axle is rubbing on the alternator somehow, there is also some rubber ring on this axle that is tearing. My question is this caused by the engine sitting too low, or a bad cv axle. I am on coilovers but I raised them and I still can't even fit paper between the axle and the alternator. Any ideas why?
