Hello i have a 03 sxt 5spd, it wont go past 20mph and 2krpm, i notice the throttle body wont open while driving but when i reset the car and let it idle it will open but as soon as i put it in first i can notice the throttle body wont open all the way . I have replaced the sensors on the intake, camshaft, crankshaft, knock sensor, spark plugs, coils, injectors, fuel rail, throttle body, intake, every wire i can examine there was no damage. I have looked through multiple forums and can not find anything i have talked to two different people in real life who work on neons and they say i have replaced most of the stuff that would make that happen. Anyone can help? I have replaced anything you look up on google that causes this problem besides fuel pump and wiring harness. (I can hear my fuel pump turn on and the fuel rail pressure is at 58psi or around) i have no check engine light or codes.
