tranny Q...

Hey guys i have a 2002 neon and i was wondering if a manual transmission from a 2.0 ford probe would fit on my 2.0. i no its a ford but im lookin for a manual transmission. thanks

Ummm...I would HIGHLY doubt it. Why would you want to put a ford tranny on your car...that would be asking for it to take a dump.....

haha maybe your right but he has it layin around thats why i was askin..unless would a srt-4 tranny fit?

Probe Tranny- No way, bolt patterns are totally different. SRT-4 tranny- Nope, bolt patterns are different.

what he said, if u do a swap the trans. is with the engine so u swap it all as one piece. so glad im gettin rid of the auto trans<--GAY
