what's the best size tires for the quarter mile run?? i got 15's
i got some chrome srt-4 15" rims on my neon....they came with the car... i was lookin into some drag rims i seen for about $400-500..of course im going for the gloss blacks to go with my yellow/black car theme.... but what's the best size tires and rims... i was thinkin 205's in the front. and 195 in the back..or would i be better round gettin 195's all around... instead of my 185 60 15's....

I'm no drag racing expert...but the smaller the wheels the better for drag racing (gearing is better with smaller wheels). 15" would probably be a good size for that. I would get the same size tire all the way around. It would look stupid to have different size tires in the back. Plus I don't see any advantage to that unless you are a hardcore drag racer and are planning on pulling really low times. And also if these wheels will be driven on all the time you'll definitely want the same size tire so you can rotate them to even out wear and increase tire life.

the largest wheel available on the stock SRT-4 is a 15" rim. Although, one of the first things that SRT-4 owners do is trade up to a wider tire for traction purposes.

Negative. A quarter mile would be a drag race. So unless he's vin diesel and lives his life a quarter mile at a time then yes, he's talking about drag racing. LOL.
