I got an auto too, and the swap is floating around my mind. I don't see why we don't just do it, we'll get alot of lost HP back.

WAS DEF THINKIN ABOUT THE SWAP....BUT THEN I THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT WAS SAID TO ME B4 FROM SOME OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS SITE... "THAT BEING SAID. THAT ME HAVING A 04 SEC GENERATION. AND A AUTYO 4 SPEED.. I HAVE A LONGER ROAD TO WALK IN PERFORMANCE....IM KINDA ALL ABOUT THOSE MISSION IMPOSSIBLES.. SO THIS NEON IS THAT PROJECT INDEED...![8D]

I used that site to buy a manual and parts. I hope I can get through the rebuild process. I see in the manual I need to reprogram the transmission with a DRBII with a 1993 cartridge. I hope I can rent one because they cost about $600.

Thats a dumb way of doing it. They should just send you the valve body and you can have it installed yourself. It only takes an hour or two to install with household tools.
