I think its been proven to give 10-15whp...the only problem is the cost and it seems the average waiting period from Howell is anywhere from 2-6 months...and of course it only works from 2000-2002 Neons.
Oh and the Chip is probably worthless, the JET chip has been proven to do nothing at all except take away your money...

After being a powertrain controller engineer for DaimlerChrysler for 20 years, I can tell you that all you really need is some software for the stock ECU to get more HP. The problem is that there is no one outside DCX that can write it for you. LOL. If you have an inside connection, you can get some performance software, but unofficially of course. It is usually development code that will not meet emission requirements.
