Where can i get a promormance chip
unfortunately you're stuck with some slim pickings. As far as I know the JET performance chip is the only aftermarket option out there. I could be wrong on this subject. There are no aftermarket PCM's for the 2003+ which is also very sad. Luckily I've got myself a 2000 Neon and they DO have an aftermarket PCM. The 2000-2002 are better for performance than the 2003-2005. Better still is the 1995-1999 first generation neon. The 1st gen neon is capable of the mid 9's on a quarter-mile while I have yet to see even the SRT-4 hit those same numbers.

Yeah there is the JET chip but it does nothing at all except for weight reduction...in your wallet.
The only thing the 00-02 have performance wise is the AF/X race PCM, everything else is interchangeable. Eventually someone will make a new PCM for the 2nd gen 2nd gen Neons but until that happens your stuck with the NGC...(which is an urban legend since no one has really proven anything either way).
And i have seen an SRT-4 in the high 9's...but to get any car into the 9's (1st gen neon or any sport compact) your looking at massive amounts of money so theres no point in making the comparison.
