i have the vibrant and i love how it sounds. although i still wish i had saved up the money and bought a borla, so i could have something that was stainless steel and cat-back.

 

Hey alot more sxts and r/ts have done the srt exhaust and love it and again I just did mine custom with a glass pack to tame her down a bit instead of her resnators. Very different sound and bet not many have done that. Sounds alot louder than a rice can sounds like a any v8 .

Hey I used the stock srt-4 exhaust but I have it hooked up completely different then the video. You cannot use the resonator bc the resonator on the srt-4 is made to cope with the backpressure on the srt. Since the srt is running a turbo it doesn't sound right. If you put just the rear section on where it bolts up to the pipe behind the axle. it pops and sounds just like the stock srt. Even if it is on an automatic like mine. I wil try to get some video soon.

 

Hey when you have it without the resantors it does sound like you have a v8 alright. You people that have had know what Im talking about. Also my exhaust know is the coolest and its custom.

 

You may like the way it sounds but you're still working with a 2.0L 4 cylinder engine. Based on that, sounding like a V8 is hard to believe.[sm=alcoholic.gif]

 

Well thats what they say at my car shows and you can really hear it when I take off with my intake and others engine mods. For the looks and the nice custom sound I love my exhaust setup[>:]

i have one up on my cardomain page... page 7. Its not the best video clip that doesnt have the best audio in the world due to my host... but it works to hear how the vibrant works. It sounds really nice in real life.

 

I have a Revolution muffler with my stock piping. It has a real deep sound. It gets compliments but not that way I wanna hear. (i.e."whoa, that's a nice sound..and from a Neon!) I know they're hard to get. I'll call the shop where i got tomorrow to see if theirs a website. Also, what about Kaminari's dual exhaust? Looks alright but how does it sound?
