Hi all

Quick question. Every now and then when I start the car (Neon RT), it makes a loud noise as soon as it starts. difficult to describe. Normally when you start a car there is a noise as you turn the key and it starts. Sometimes though its quite loud - a bit like if you had a pipe that was blocked and you force the blockage out there is a nosie as the pressure behind it releases. Just wondered if anyone else had had this. It does it once, then is fine again for weeks then it does it again etc

It seems to be after it has sat outside all day. Could it be where it gets warm in the sun?

 

ok, when it normally starts it goes vroom, but every so often it goes VRRRRROOOOOMMMMM quite loud, then is fine again
