hey i was just wondering if anyone makes a new pcm for an 03+ neon yet that i might have missed or a way around it

 

Nope no one makes one or is going to make one anytime in the near future...the only way around it is through forced induction.

Megasquirt. I think thats about it.

 

I thought megasquirt was more for fuel management, not overall engine control stuff, but i dont know...anyways, the megasquirt has a pretty "involved" installation process from what i hear.

 

Megasquirt only had code written for the 1st gen crank signal last I looked... 2nd gens are different. Keep checking their boards for updates though, or provide help if you have any programming experience.

Megasquirt can be a complete engine management system - fuel and spark. That's all there is to engine management really... Installation is a little involved, certainly not plug and play. Easier than a head gasket, harder than a tach install...

Other than that, no aftermarket PCM's on the horizon for the '03-up guys.
