Default Exhaust question

So I'm selling my '03 Neon for a '94 Chevy 1500 standard cab/short box, and I was looking for an exhaust for the chevy, and noticed something odd...a Flowmaster dual exit catback exhaust costs as much as a MUFFLER for the Neon...wtf? It's not isolated, either, most exhausts for the truck, even higher end ones, are cheaper than the mid-grade exhausts for the Neon...does anybody know why there's such a difference in pricing...common sense would suggest the truck exhausts would cost more...or so I thought

Default RE: Exhaust question

Most cheap exhaust companies offer a single walled pipe to replace the stock one. The neon uses a dual wall pipe to shield noise and heat therefore more $$$ out of your wallet.
