LArger tires
Tallest or widest?
You're going to run into the rear spring perch first by going taller, so break out a ruler, do a little measuring, and do a little math. Somewhere in the 24.5" range would be my guess for the max overall height.
What's the width on the stock wheels, 6"? Tire Rack has specs for all the tires. One of those specs is "Rim Width Range", which is the manufacturer's allowable "safe" range for that particular tire. If your wheel width fits, you should be OK for around town driving. I wouldn't push it though...
The 2nd gen has a good extra inch over the 1st gen before the tire starts rubbing against the rear lateral arm when going to a wider tire. You'll run out of wheel width first on the stock wheel...
Best of luck!
