i was wondering if any one has had there head ported and polished what kind of performance gains did you see and what is the averge price

 

well depends on how far you want to go with it? do you just want a port and polish or are you going to upgrade the cam, springs valves? i did all of it for about 1000 dollars, that is all mopar performance cam, springs, and indy racing valves....but i also had a friend of mine do the port and polish, only charged me 100 dollars and then i got it sent to a performance shop and had a three angle valve job and milled the head, 250 dollars....for the cam springs and valves i think it was about 600...somewhare in that area... you will see a difference because of the ports cause air to flow better in the head, plus the cam springs and valves help with that as well.......any other questions? lol
