hi everyone,
i have a 2001 Neon LX. the dealership tells me i don't nned a Rad Flus until 120,000km's or 5yrs. i want to get it done. Should I? what is the Benefit of getting this done? should i put the Same Anti Freeze (brown stuff) back into it?

Should not be brown. So I would say you may need it early, and besides it won't hurt putting fresh fluid in.

 

Like stated above, your radiotor coolant should not be brown. It should be a transparent green. The fact that its brown leads me to believe that it is getting contaminated some how, hopefully not by oil from a blown head gasket. But if I were you, I would flush it.

thanks for the help. i forgot to mention i have the Long Life rad fluid. its kind of brownish/orange.
