what are some important parts that would be a good idea to upgrade before getting an AFX PCM

 

Ported head, bigger camshaft, camshaft sprocket, headers, air intake, etc. I did all of that before I purchased my AF/X PCM.

 

I have the AFX race pcm and I'd recommend having basic bolt ons before u go there; u don't need internal engine components. If you're planning on driving your car really hard in high rpm range then It would be safe to get better retainers. Other than that it should be fine. U really don't need anything all. It's just the fact that every mod benefits another to create more power.
